In 1995 Liyang CHANGZWU Mechanical & Electrical Company Ltd. Was founded.
In 1996 Nanjing CHANGZWU Mechanical & Electrical Company Ltd. And Danyang CHANGZWU Mechanical & Electrical Company Ltd. Were founded.
In 1997 Jurong CHANGZWU Mechanical & Electrical Company Ltd. Was founded.
In 1998 Gaochun CHANGZWU Mechanical & Electrical Company Ltd. Was founded.
In 2002 we purchased 34,000 m2 of land to establish the YATAI Company.
In 2003 YATAI Company was founded and production was begun.
In 2004 we independently designed a new type of welding material and automatic CNC cutting equipment.
In 2005 we expanded our workshop and developed international markets, and our annual output of welding material reached 10,000 tons.
In 2007 we took part in the international welding and cutting exhibition,which was dedicated to international markets.
In 2008 we explored domestic markets for our CNC cutting machine, and the total value of output reached 300 million RMB.
In 2009 CNC cutting machines we upgraded by adopting new technology.
In 2010 we purchased 14000 m2 more land, and prepared to manufacture our laser CNC cutting machine in the new workshop. We also integrated a drilling & cutting machine.
The service staff at Yatai provides many services to assist our customers. We offer initial consulting service, so customers can choose the best machine at a reasonable price, according to their requirements. We also can provide pictures of our products, manufacturing scene, and cutting videos, as well as cutting sample pictures.
When a customer signs a contract, we provide an equipment installation drawing within 3 days so that they can prepare for the installation in advance. If a customer wants to have products customized, we can procide real-time photos for the client as production progresses. When we are ready to deliver finished products, we first provide pictures of them to the customers. Delivery time is typically 25 to 30 days from receipt of deposit.
For our customers located in countries and regions which have signed a bilateral free trade agreement with China, such as Southeast Asia, Chile, and Peru, we can provide and FTA certificate and cost can be reduced.
Within our service areas, we can sed service engineers to assist with equipment installation, debugging, and training, for a free. We also offer five days of free training. The warranty on our products is 13 months. We have established service workshops in other countries and regions, so as to better serve our customers, and we will cooperate with local servive workshops to provide technical support for customers. We are also acailable to assist via email or phone if help is needed. These services are free of charge during the warranty period. However, if customer are from regions where we have not established service workshops, we can only provide telephone service and email service.
In addition, we can provide support for our regional distributors with product brochures, our company website, and pictures. We also provide training and technical support for our regional distributors, during which they can stay for free in our hotel. We also provide OEM services.
